About Us
Victoria Culinary Incubator is operated by Christabel Padmore and Patrick Simpson. Christabel and Patrick bring decades of experience as entrepreneurs, chefs and managing shared culinary spaces. They currently own Little Piggy Catering and are both Red Seal chefs.
